Here design is as serious as the sun, as motivated as the breeze and still cool as ice water (that used to be glacial shelf.) If all the world is a stage, we treat every mind in it like galleries to display our creative impulses, establish client presence, and ultimately connect with change. Idealistic? So we’ve been told, but we’re so busy living our mission statement that we don’t have time to doubt. Neither do our clients.....which are everyone (including the environment.)

COMPANY

Hollagraphics was established in 2001 in Newark, NJ. Originating as a post 9-11 notion, Hollagraphics was an attempt to revitalize the “merchantscape” of Newark’s downtown commercial center......through design. Built with the Mom & Pop in mind, Hollagraphics engaged in an educational campaign to broaden the marketing conscious of small and mid-size businesses eclipsed by their corporate counterparts. Success varies in definition. We succeeded in defeating a greed based business model by actively participating in change (with very little profit). This success was achieved through Pro Bono consultations, Pro Bono or deeply discounted design work, and by building and maintaining healthy community/commercial relationships.

“If poverty is prison, we are cellmates planning an escape, not salesman pitching bars and gates.”

After relocating to Baltimore, MD (Pikesville to be exact) Hollagraphics went on hiatus until a new network of business owners and entreprenours could be established. After 2-3 yrs. of general campaigning, Hollagraphics has returned as a Design Service bigger, better, and more balanced than ever before. With a roster of gifted designers, specialized Green printers (on both coasts) and a newly formed marketing alliance we are poised to take on projects of all scales and scopes.

“Our passion for the craft is a renewable resource and it is a surprise we contain ourselves so well, but it is our niche. We enjoy making business’ appear as big as their ambitions.”
